Fees

The fee includes participation on every workshop event, workshop proceedings on USB stick, coffee breaks and Gala-dinner ticket.

  • IEEE Members — 100 USD
  • IES Members — 80 USD
  • Students — 0 USD*

*A 100% participation fee discount will be granted for the first 15 submitted and accepted papers authored by PhD students thanks to the private support of Alexander Prudnikov, the alumnus of the Department of Electric Drives of Moscow Power Engineering Institute – Vice President of ABB Russia

First author of the paper should be PhD student who will present the paper at the workshop.

For 16th and subsequent students participation fee is 50 USD per paper.

**Additional Gala-dinner tickets should be reserved in advance to be purchased on site.

Please note: in case the money transfer was conducted and the participant is unable to attend IWED 2019 due to transport delay, visa rejection, health problems, etc. the fee will be automatically treated as fee for the next IWED 2020. This is valid only if the organising committee was notified about the problem before Jan the 14th 2019. The money return is not possible due to bureaucratic reasons and significant bank fees.
If a paper was not presented at IWED 2019, the paper will not be published in IEEExplore.
